Skills Needed:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering recruitment
- Proven experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Automotive or related engineering roles
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, CareerBuilder (CB), Monster, Dice and other job portals
- Ability to screen technical profiles and conduct initial candidate evaluations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer closure
