Zentraa Solutions is looking for motivated and ambitious Recruitment Interns to work on an international healthcare recruitment project focused on sourcing qualified Physiotherapists from India for career opportunities in Germany.
This is a work-from-home internship where you will gain practical exposure to international recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate screening and recruitment operations.
Role
Recruitment Intern – International Healthcare Hiring
Location: Remote / Work from Home
Duration: 30 Days initially
Incentives: Performance-based
Certificate: Internship Certificate in HR & Recruitment upon successful completion
What You'll Do
- Source qualified Physiotherapists across India through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals and other sourcing channels.
- Identify candidates who are interested in pursuing career opportunities in Germany.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and explain the opportunity professionally.
- Screen candidates based on qualification, experience, location and willingness to relocate.
- Collect and maintain accurate candidate information.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker.
- Identify candidates who have previously applied through another recruitment agency or may already be represented for the opportunity.
- Coordinate with the Zentraa recruitment team for further screening and candidate processing.
- Support interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups where required.

Skills We're Looking For
Required:
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities
- Good research and sourcing skills
- Comfortable making calls and speaking with candidates
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and internet research
- Good follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn recruitment and international hiring
Good to have:
- Previous HR/recruitment internship or experience
- Experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
- Knowledge of recruitment/job portals
- Interest in healthcare recruitment
- Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel
Educational Background:
Students or graduates from HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or related fields are preferred, but motivated candidates from other backgrounds are also welcome.
