N2S is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executives to support our internal hiring function. The ideal candidates must have prior experience hiring for a US Staffing organization and should have successfully recruited for a variety of internal positions across Recruitment, Sales, Account Management, Delivery, and Operations.
Location: Noida
Experience: 3-6 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal/corporate positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for role fit, cultural fit, and growth potential.
- Manage the candidate lifecycle from sourcing through offer rollout and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely position closures.
Required Skills
- 3-6 years of Corporate Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience working with a Staffing, RPO, or US Staffing organization is mandatory.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, networking, and other hiring platforms.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High ownership, accountability, and sense of urgency.
