We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our AgentTina team and take ownership of candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. This is a communication-focused role suited for someone who is confident interacting with candidates and can manage recruitment activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, professional networks, and internal pipelines
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate skills, experience, communication, and overall fit
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Explain Nikarva Technologies, the AgentTina team, and relevant processes to selected candidates
- Guide selected candidates through onboarding and required documentation
- Address candidate questions and provide timely updates
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth selection and onboarding process
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Hands-on experience conducting candidate screening and interviews
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good candidate evaluation and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple candidates and recruitment activities
- Comfortable handling high-volume candidate interactions
- Familiarity with job portals, recruitment tools, and spreadsheets
- Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection
- Must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours
Compensation
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on experience and role fit
