Are you someone who enjoys connecting great talent with growing companies?
At STEPBEYD Strategic Global Consulting, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to work closely with startups and product companies and help them build high-performing teams.
What you’ll be doing
• Understand hiring needs of startups and growing businesses
• Source, identify and engage the right talent
• Handle recruitment across IT & Non-IT roles
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Work closely with hiring teams to create a great candidate experience
What are we looking for?
• 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Good understanding of startups and their hiring needs
• Exposure to product companies is preferred
• Good understanding of IT technologies and Non-IT roles
• Strong communication, sourcing and candidate-screening skills
• Passion for connecting people with the right opportunities

Work Location: Bangalore
While the role is primarily Work From Home, the resource may occasionally be required to visit client locations or attend team meetings once a week, depending on business requirements.
