ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a well-established, fast-growing organization in the Wealth Management space, building a strong entry-level and early-career talent pipeline. They are looking to strengthen their Talent Acquisition function with a dedicated Campus Engagement specialist who can drive fresher hiring at scale through structured institutional partnerships.
ROLE PURPOSE
The TA Partner – Campus Engagement will own and drive the organization's fresher hiring strategy, building and strengthening relationships with campuses and skilling/training institutes to create a consistent, high-quality pipeline of entry-level talent for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and scale fresher hiring capabilities through structured campus engagement programs.
- Develop and manage relationships with premier campuses, universities, and BFSI-focused skilling/training institutes that follow a Train–Hire–Deploy model.
- Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment drives — pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and offer rollouts.
- Partner with institutes offering finishing-school / skill-development programs aligned to BFSI roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of trained, job-ready candidates.
- Build and maintain a calendar of campus engagement activities, hackathons, guest lectures, and employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's presence on campus.
- Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to forecast fresher hiring needs and align campus engagement plans accordingly.
- Track and report key hiring metrics — offer-to-joining ratio, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill for fresher roles.
- Negotiate commercial terms and service-level agreements with training/skilling partners and campus placement cells.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all campus and institutional hiring partners, ensuring a strong candidate and institute experience.
- Stay current on campus hiring trends, competitor practices, and emerging institutes/programs relevant to BFSI talent.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3 – 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on campus hiring / early-career / fresher hiring.
- Demonstrated experience building fresher hiring capability through campus engagement and tie-ups with training/skilling institutes (e.g., institutes running BFSI-focused Train–Hire–Deploy models).
- Prior exposure to working with premier campuses and skill-development / finishing-school programs is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with business leaders, HR, and external institutional partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Data-oriented approach with the ability to track, analyze, and report on hiring funnel metrics.
- Prior BFSI / financial services industry experience is an added advantage.
- High energy, ownership mindset, and comfort with travel for campus visits and institute engagements, as required.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Any Postgraduate Degree/MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline.
