🚀 URGENT / HOT OPENING: Support Specialist – VMware Horizon VDI 🚀
We are actively looking for a VMware Horizon / Omnissa VDI Support Specialist for a fast-moving.
If you have solid, hands-on experience working with modern versions (7.x / 8.x) and want a fast-tracked interview process, we want to connect with you!
Key Requirements:
- Core Tech: Hands-on experience with VMware Horizon View / Omnissa (7.x or 8.x)—must be current (no 5.x/6.x backgrounds).
- Experience: 2+ years in IT support with at least 1 year specifically supporting VDI environments.
- Environment: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policies, and vSphere Client.
- Scope: L1–L3 support, golden image management, and desktop pool configurations.
