Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Supply Chain Executive will manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including inventory control, coordination with vendors, and ensuring timely availability of IT products and accessories. Responsibilities include supporting demand and production planning, tracking purchase orders and deliveries, and maintaining accurate data in internal systems. The role involves collaborating with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and logistics to optimize stock levels, reduce lead times, and improve service quality. The Supply Chain Executive will also analyze operational performance, prepare regular reports, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and support sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Demand Planning and Production Planning to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient supply alignment.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid Supply Chain Operations knowledge to handle inventory, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within IT or technology distribution is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems and MS Excel is an advantage.
- Ability to work accurately under time constraints, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
