Role Description The Supervisor F&B role is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, including monitoring service quality, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. This role involves supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and supporting menu execution in line with company guidelines. The Supervisor F&B will handle guest interactions, resolve service issues, and work closely with management to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets. The position also requires maintaining accurate records, training team members, and implementing operational procedures to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong food and beverage operations skills, including knowledge of service standards, menu presentation, and basic food safety practices.
- Candidates should possess team leadership skills, such as staff supervision, shift coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills, including the ability to handle guest feedback and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

- Relevant experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering environments, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
- Knowledge of local health, safety, and hygiene regulations applicable to food and beverage establishments.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management, hotel management, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience may be considered.
