Company Description Betr India Foodworks is a multi-vertical food and beverage company focused on building a new standard for F&B in India. The organization develops brands across quick service restaurants (QSR), cloud kitchens through BETR Kitchens, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) offerings. Founded in 2024, Betr India Foodworks is reimagining how modern F&B brands are created, operated, and scaled through a unified operating platform called Central, integrating sourcing, processing, testing, distribution, production, and retail. The company has already developed seven mindful brands, tested key markets, and assembled a strong team and advisory network to support growth. Betr India Foodworks is now preparing to launch four units with a footprint of 14 brands in Q2 2026, built on systems and designed for scale.
Role Description The CDP in Conti (Chef de Partie – Continental) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting continental dishes to high quality standards, ensuring consistency across the brand portfolio. The CDP in Conti will manage a specific section of the kitchen, oversee mise en place, maintain hygiene and safety protocols, and support inventory and quality control in alignment with Central’s operating systems. The role involves coordinating with the Head Chef and kitchen team on menu execution, recipe adherence, and production planning for both in-store and cloud kitchen operations. The CDP will also help train junior team members, implement standard operating procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement in taste, presentation, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong continental cuisine skills, including preparation, cooking techniques, and plating for a variety of dishes.
- Proficiency in kitchen operations, including mise en place, station management, and adherence to standardized recipes and SOPs.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance in professional kitchens.
- Experience with production planning, inventory handling, and coordination with sourcing and central kitchen functions.
- Prior experience as a CDP or Demi CDP in a continental or multi-cuisine restaurant, hotel, or cloud kitchen environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and maintain quality under volume pressure.
- Formal culinary training or certification from a recognized institute is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by F&B operations.
