🔍 About the Role
As a Counsellor in our B2C team, you will act as a trusted mentor and the primary point of contact for students—from course and university shortlisting to admissions, offers, and enrollment.
Your goal: exceptional student experience and successful outcomes.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end student journey: onboarding, counselling, follow-ups, and conversions
Provide expert guidance on universities, intakes, eligibility, and exams (GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL)
Build long-term, trust-based relationships as a dedicated student coach
Track and manage application progress; proactively resolve bottlenecks
Coordinate post-offer processes with visa teams and international offices
Execute sales strategies and consistently meet intake targets
🎯 What You Bring
Graduate / MBA in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field
0–3 years of experience (EdTech / sales experience is a plus)
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a student-first mindset
Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills
Strong research, multitasking, and time-management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
