Role Description The Career Development Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, focused on guiding learners in making informed academic and career decisions. In this role, the advisor conducts one-on-one counseling sessions via video and audio calls to help individuals evaluate online programs, universities, and career pathways. Daily responsibilities include assessing learners’ interests and skills, explaining course options and eligibility, and recommending suitable programs aligned with career goals. The advisor collaborates with internal teams to stay updated on new courses, admission timelines, and placement support, and may contribute to workshops, webinars, or training sessions for students. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following up with prospective learners, and supporting initiatives that enhance student engagement and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess student profiles, interpret educational options, and align recommendations with career objectives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex information clearly, build rapport with diverse learners, and manage counseling conversations effectively.
- Candidates should possess Training and Coaching skills to deliver guidance sessions, conduct workshops, and support learners in developing career readiness and decision-making capabilities.
- Prior experience in academic counseling, career guidance, education advisory, or student services is beneficial.
