Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for strategic / social projects aligned with the Chairman's strategic goals for India
- Develop strategies for end-to-end execution of strategic projects, incl. initial proposal, budgeting, timelines, partnerships, etc.
- Identify and engage consulting / project management firms to ensure project execution
- Track progress, provide regular updates and ensure timely course corrections
- Collaborate with other HQ verticals to resolve delays / roadblocks
- Negotiate procurement and contracts with external vendors
Experience
- 7+ years, preferably in a Chairman / CEO office, industry associations or public policy think tanks
- Prior experience executing social / strategic projects for an India-based organisation
Key Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management and organisation skills
- Ability to work in multi-stakeholder, cross-functional teams
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
