A leading Diamond & Gold Jewellery Brand is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Store Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
📍 Location: Jhansi, Mainpuri, Kasganj, Aligarh, Etah, Chitrakoot.
💼 Experience: 5–10 Years
🎓 Qualification: Graduate / High School Diploma
🏢 Industry: Jewellery / Luxury Retail preferred
🔥 Key Responsibilities
✔ Achieve daily, monthly & annual sales targets
✔ Drive conversion rates, average ticket size & high-value sales
✔ Lead, motivate & develop the store sales team
✔ Ensure exceptional customer service & engagement
✔ Manage customized, repair & special orders
✔ Execute BTL activities, promotions & customer events
✔ Manage inventory, replenishment & stock audits
✔ Ensure visual merchandising & operational standards
✔ Conduct staff training on sales & customer engagement
✔ Handle reporting, compliance & Head Office coordination
