About the Role
Amit Aggarwal is looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our luxury retail operations at DLF Emporio, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in luxury fashion retail, clienteling, team management, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales, revenue and achievement of monthly/annual targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage the store team to deliver excellence in client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and drive repeat business.
- Develop strong clienteling and CRM practices, including follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Ensure exceptional visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage daily store operations, inventory, billing and reporting.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular business insights to management.
- Handle VIP appointments, styling consultations and high-value customer interactions.
- Coordinate with central teams across merchandising, production, marketing and operations.
Ideal Candidate
- 10–12 years of experience in luxury fashion / premium retail.
- Strong understanding of luxury customer service and relationship management.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing retail teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong clienteling and HNI customer-handling experience.
- Well-groomed, polished and aligned with the standards of a luxury brand.
