Store Manager – Retail (Clothing)
Location: Vadodara (Onsite)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clothing retail store in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail store management, team handling, sales, and customer service while ensuring smooth store operations and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store sales team.
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Deliver an excellent customer shopping experience.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
- Resolve customer queries and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Team Leader in a retail clothing/fashion store.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Customer-focused with a target-driven approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience using billing/POS systems.
- Graduate preferred.
