Role Description The Retail Pharmacy Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will oversee daily pharmacy store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate and compliant dispensing processes in coordination with licensed pharmacists. Responsibilities include monitoring store performance, implementing loss prevention measures, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. The Store Manager will also coordinate schedules, train team members on policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals to support patient satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive experience for all visitors and patients.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including staffing, scheduling, inventory oversight, and daily operations.
- Experience with Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Prior experience in retail pharmacy or healthcare-related retail operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Delhi, India, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of basic pharmacy workflows and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, retail management, pharmacy, or a related field preferred.
