📢 We’re Hiring: Senior Consultant – Operations
Travel Seasons is looking for an experienced travel professional to manage end-to-end operations for international group departures.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete operations for international group departures
• Coordinate visas, air ticketing, hotels, transportation, sightseeing and other ground services
• Prepare itineraries, tour documentation, vouchers and departure files
• Handle group costing, quotations and operational budgets
• Negotiate rates and terms with DMCs, airlines, hotels and other vendors
• Coordinate with tour managers, suppliers, sales teams and customers
• Monitor payment deadlines, cancellation policies and booking status
• Handle last-minute changes, emergencies and on-tour operational issues
• Maintain strong relationships with DMCs, airlines and travel partners
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all travel services
Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in international/outbound travel operations
• Strong visa knowledge, including documentation and application procedures
• Good knowledge of international air ticketing, fares, routing and reissuance
• Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre
• Strong destination knowledge of Europe, Japan, the UK, Australia, Bali, Vietnam, Kenya, Indonesia and other international destinations
• Experience in group costing, itinerary planning and supplier management
• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple departures and deadlines simultaneously
• Good problem-solving and crisis-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication and operational reporting
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Customer-focused approach with excellent coordination skills
Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of departures
• Organised, responsible and capable of working under pressure
Compensation: ₹5 LPA CTC + incentives
