Hiring Alert | Senior Manager – Visual Merchandising
We are looking for a passionate, creative and execution-focused Visual Merchandising professional to join PlayBlue and help shape a new benchmark in multi-sport retail.
🏟️ Brand – PlayBlue
📍 Base Location – Ahmedabad
💼 Experience – 5–7 years
🎯 Preferred Background – Sports / Large-Format Retail
The role will be responsible for:
• Building and driving PlayBlue's VM standards across the store network
• Creating a new sports-led theme every month
• Leading VM for new store launches, campaigns and seasonal stories
• Building 2–3 VM Champions per store through Train the Trainer
• Conducting monthly store visits and ensuring "high-quality execution across stores"
• Working closely with Retail, Marketing and Store teams to create compelling sports experiences
• Driving VM effectiveness through *Mystery Shopping, customer experience and commercial performance
🚀 *Our first experiential store is coming up in Bangalore, Koramangala – 15,000 sq. ft.
