Inventory Manager – Stock Room

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to take complete responsibility for our stock room/godown and ensure accurate, organized and efficient inventory management across our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inward, outward, stock transfers and returns.
- Ensure accuracy between physical stock and ERP/system stock.
- Maintain proper stock arrangement by article, size, colour and SKU.
- Supervise stock room staff and ensure discipline and productivity.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconciliations.
- Identify and report missing, damaged, excess and ageing stock.
- Manage inter-store stock transfers and ensure correct picking and dispatch.
- Monitor slow-moving stock and cut sizes.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Accounts and Management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory/warehouse/godown management.
- Experience managing a team.
- Good knowledge of ERP/inventory software and Excel.
- Strong understanding of stock reconciliation and audits.
- Retail/footwear/fashion inventory experience preferred.
- Must be responsible, disciplined, systematic and detail-oriented.
