Role Description The Store Manager role at Killer Jeans - India is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. This role is responsible for driving sales, monitoring inventory, reducing shrinkage, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The Store Manager supports outstanding customer service by resolving issues, coaching team members, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
