Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis
Conduct standardized, evidence-based evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing/dysphagia needs.
Analyze evaluation data to deliver accurate diagnoses and establish clinical baselines.
Treatment Planning & Therapy
Design and implement individualized, client-centered intervention plans tailored to specific goals.
Provide direct 1-on-1 or group therapy using modern, evidence-based techniques and tools (including AAC devices when appropriate).
Continually monitor, adapt, and adjust treatment strategies based on client progress and response.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language.
Strong clinical skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset.
