We're Hiring: Special Educator (Full-time, Hyderabad)

About the Role
You'll be the bridge between students with diverse learning needs and the support systems they deserve. Working in partnership with schools across Hyderabad, you'll develop tailored interventions, lead IEP planning, and foster an environment where every student feels seen and capable.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that reflect each student's unique strengths and needs.
- Conduct relevant assessments and screenings to identify learning profiles.
- Deliver psychoeducation using Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) tools that build resilience.
- Champion inclusive education practices within school communities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with school counsellors, teachers, parents, and our multidisciplinary teams.
- Create safe, student-centered spaces where learning flourishes.
Who We're Looking For
- B.Ed/M.Ed in Special Education (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience with inclusive education models
- Strong expertise in IEP planning and implementation
- Proficiency in assessments and evidence-based interventions
- A collaborative, empathetic mindset and genuine passion for student growth
