About Us

We work closely with autistic children and young adults who may have faced challenges within traditional educational environments academically, emotionally, and socially. Our focus is on building meaningful learning experiences, emotional regulation, dignity, social understanding, and long-term livelihood pathways.
Position: Lead Special Educator
Key Responsibilities
•Design and implement individualized weekly learning plans.
•Support children in learning, emotional regulation, communication, and social understanding.
•Adapt curriculum and teaching methods creatively based on each learner’s needs.
•Observe, assess, and document developmental and learning progress.
•Collaborate with the team on curriculum planning and practice development.
•Maintain consistent engagement and active participation with learners and the team.
•Participate in regular reflections, reviews, and team discussions.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
•Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Education, or related fields.
•Formal training in Special Education is preferred but not mandatory.
•Freshers with a strong interest in child-centered and inclusive education are encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills & Qualities
•Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
•Strong observation and communication skills.
•Ability to adapt teaching approaches based on individual learner needs.
•Willingness to learn, reflect, and work collaboratively.
•Interest in alternative and inclusive pedagogical approaches.
•Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sharepoint.
