Special Educator Male/Female

NavNidhi Special School is looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Special Educator to join our team and work with children with diverse developmental and learning needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Plan and deliver individualized and group-based special education sessions.
- Adapt teaching methods, curriculum, and learning materials according to each child's needs.
- Support children's academic, communication, social, behavioural, and functional development.
- Monitor and document student progress regularly.
- Work collaboratively with parents, special educators, therapists, and other professionals.
- Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Participate in school activities, assessments, PTMs, and multidisciplinary planning.
Eligibility & Requirements
- B.Ed. / D.Ed. in Special Education or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Valid RCI Registration (CRR) – Mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Passion for working with children with special needs.
- Knowledge of IEP development and individualized teaching strategies will be an advantage.
RCI registration is mandatory for professionals working in the field of disability rehabilitation and special education.
