About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organised and proactive Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence and brand communication.
This is an end-to-end role covering content strategy, execution, campaigns, collaborations, shoots and performance tracking. We’re looking for someone who understands how to build a brand online—not just post content.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars
• Plan and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Manage product launches, campaigns and day-to-day brand communication
• Coordinate with influencers, PR partners and content creators
• Plan and coordinate product and content shoots
• Manage social media communication around exhibitions, events and brand activities
• Coordinate with SEO teams and external agencies
• Monitor social media insights, analyse performance and prepare reports
• Stay updated with trends, platform changes and new opportunities for brand growth
• Bring fresh content ideas and creative concepts to strengthen the brand’s digital presence
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of content, branding and digital communication
• Creative, organised and detail-oriented
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing apps is a plus
• Comfortable using AI tools for content ideation, creation, research and improving workflows
• An interest in beauty, nails, fashion or lifestyle brands is an added advantage
