Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage all official company social media platforms, strengthen our online presence, and create engaging, high-quality content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and managing content calendars, monitoring social media performance, analyzing key metrics, and driving audience engagement through creative and impactful digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create original, engaging, and high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Write compelling captions, ad copies, event promotions, and brand communication.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
- Grow brand visibility and engagement through organic content and community management.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to develop innovative content ideas.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports.
- Manage online reputation by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries.
- Cover company events by creating live content, reels, stories, and post-event highlights.
- Manage and enhance the personal branding of company directors on professional platforms.
- Create presentations, brochures, company profiles, and other marketing collateral.
- Produce 100% original content without relying on AI-generated writing tools.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
· 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management and Content Writing.
· Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
· Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator + Social Media Designing + Event Branding + Video shooting +Video Editing/Motion Graphics
· Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
· Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing fundamentals.
· Creative mindset with excellent communication and time management skills.
