Job details:
Company Description:
Project Sweet Dish is an artisanal patisserie and creamery led by Chef Devika Kumari, creating high-quality desserts, cakes, and gelato with distinctive flavours and modern presentation. Its sister brand, Butterbum, specialises in sourdoughs and viennoiserie. Together, the two brands combine culinary craftsmanship with strong visual storytelling and a premium guest experience. Team members collaborate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where creativity and consistency are highly valued.
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Gurugram, owning the social media presence of both Project Sweet Dish and ButterBum end to end.
You will be the person behind the brands online, conceptualising campaigns, building content calendars a month in advance, shooting and editing videos and stories on-site, and working with influencers, freelancers, and our marketing partners to bring two product launches to life every month.
Note: Paid advertising is handled by a separate, dedicated ads team. This role does not involve running ads, it involves briefing and collaborating with that team so organic content and paid campaigns stay in sync.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and own monthly content calendars (planned one month in advance) for two brands across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X
- Shoot reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content on-site using brand-provided equipment; edit short-form video for publishing
- Plan and execute photoshoots for products and launches, coordinating with freelance videographers and photographers when needed
- Conceptualise and lead campaigns for two new product launches per month, per brand
- Identify, reach out to, and manage influencer collaborations
- Coordinate closely with the marketing and creative teams, and brief the ads team on upcoming launches and campaigns
- Manage community engagement — comments, DMs, and audience interaction
- Track performance, posting times, and engagement patterns; refine the content strategy based on what the data shows
- Monitor trends and competitors to keep both brands current and distinctive
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on social media experience, ideally with food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Strong content instincts: comfortable shooting reels/stories on a phone or camera, and appearing behind the scenes when needed
- Proven ability to plan and manage content calendars independently across multiple brands or accounts
- Experience collaborating with influencers, freelancers, and cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and platform analytics; able to turn numbers into clear content decisions
- Self-driven and organised — you manage your own workflow while staying in sync with multiple teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Must be able to work on-site in Gurugram
