Role Description The Social Media Manager and Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, aligned with clients’ brand and growth objectives. Day-to-day activities include managing social media calendars, writing captions and posts, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and collaborating with the creative team on visuals and premium shoots. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, responding to audience interactions, coordinating with internal stakeholders to refine content strategy, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and improve engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to develop cohesive narratives, craft compelling posts, and align content with business goals.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members, present ideas clearly, and handle feedback constructively.
- Relevant qualifications such as experience in digital marketing, brand building, or agency environments are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving social media trends.
