Role Description The Social Media Manager internship at Workcave™ Coworking is an on-site role based in Chandigarh. Interns will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning and publishing posts across platforms, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. The role involves assisting with content strategy, creating copy and basic visuals, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and supporting campaigns that promote the coworking space and its community. Interns will track basic performance metrics, share insights with the team, and collaborate with staff to highlight events, offers, and member stories. This is an internship position intended to provide hands-on experience in social media management within a growing coworking environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for managing platforms and increasing engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for crafting clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan posts, campaigns, and themes that support marketing goals.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, collaborate with a diverse community, and manage tasks with attention to detail.
- Coursework or prior experience in marketing, communications, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
