# Hiring: Social Media Executive & Graphic Designer

### About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive & Graphic Designer to manage social media content creation, graphic design, and day-to-day digital marketing activities.
### Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.
- Create designs using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan content calendars, schedule posts, and maintain consistent online activity.
- Write captions, promotional content, and engaging headlines.
- Create reels and short promotional videos.
- Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and assist with basic Meta Ads and Google Ads activities.
- Research industry trends and develop creative content ideas.
### Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Canva and other graphic design tools.
- Understanding of social media management and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics.
- Good communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
### Preferred Skills
- Adobe Illustrator or similar design software.
- Video editing and reel creation.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
