Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow client’s presence across social media platforms through planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with the company’s brand and business objectives. This full-time, on-site role based in the Lucknow includes developing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content based on insights, and coordinating with internal teams to support marketing and recruitment initiatives. The specialist will handle community management by responding to comments and messages, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and identifying opportunities to increase reach and engagement. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about social media trends, competitor activity, and best practices, and contributing ideas to broader digital marketing strategies. Strong in Excel usage.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to design, write, and optimize content for different platforms and audiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and engage with online communities professionally.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, or similar) and the ability to interpret data for optimization is beneficial.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising and basic SEO concepts is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Lucknow, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
