Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day social media activities for multiple client accounts.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Develop ideas for Reels, posts, carousels, stories, campaigns and topical content.
- Write engaging captions, copy and social media communication.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithms and emerging content styles.
Content & Campaign Execution
- Work closely with designers, video editors and the internal creative team to execute content.
- Develop social media campaigns aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Identify relevant trending topics, hashtags, audio, formats and opportunities for clients.
- Assist in influencer collaborations and social media activations.
Client Management
- Coordinate with clients for content requirements, approvals and feedback.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into effective social media communication.
- Participate in client meetings and present content calendars/campaign ideas when required.
