🚀 We’re Hiring: Social Media Intern
đź“Ť Location: Indore | Onsite | Full-Time
💼 Experience: 2–6 Months
💰 Stipend: ₹4,000 – ₹8,000/month

Are you someone who lives on Instagram, understands what makes a Reel work, keeps up with trends, and enjoys turning ideas into engaging content?
Crawl Digitally is looking for a Social Media Intern who can help us build, manage, and grow social media presence for exciting D2C brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & other relevant platforms
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish posts, Reels, stories, and short-form content
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand and marketing objectives
- Ideate and create short-form videos, Reels & UGC content
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when required
- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators
- Prepare clear creator briefs, guidelines, references, and feedback
- Coordinate with design, content, video editing & performance marketing teams
- Monitor comments, DMs, audience interactions, and overall community engagement
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance & campaign results
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats, platform updates, content trends & emerging tools
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 2–6 months of experience in social media/content/influencer marketing preferred
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and a good understanding of social media are encouraged to apply
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels & current social media trends
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and experiment
