About the Role
Cybrom Academy is looking for a creative, energetic, and camera-friendly Social Media & Content Creator who understands social media trends and knows how to turn ideas into engaging content.
You will be responsible for creating Reels, short videos, student stories, educational content, event coverage, and viral social media content for Cybrom.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & social media videos
- Generate creative content ideas, hooks, and video concepts
- Write short scripts and captions for social media content
- Shoot videos using smartphone and camera
- Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required
- Conduct student interviews, testimonials, and campus interactions
- Cover seminars, events, placements, workshops, and student activities
- Coordinate with trainers, students, and the marketing team for content
- Follow trending audio, memes, formats, and social media trends
- Create content around AI, Gen AI, Coding, Cyber Security, Data Science, Careers & Placements
- Manage the social media content calendar
- Publish and schedule content across social media platforms
- Track reach, engagement, views, and content performance
- Experiment with new content formats to improve organic growth
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube & social media trends
- Creative thinking and storytelling skills
- Basic video shooting and content production skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Ability to write catchy hooks and short-form video scripts
- Comfortable working with students and young audiences
- Energetic, confident, and creative personality
Preferred Candidate
- Content Creator / Social Media Executive / Influencer-style content experience preferred
- Experience creating Reels and short-form videos
- Strong understanding of Gen-Z content
- Portfolio or social media work samples will be preferred
- Candidates from Bhopal only
