Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Bhopal. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and support lead generation. Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data and trends. The role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and responding to audience interactions in a timely, professional manner. The Social Media Manager will also stay updated on platform changes and best practices to drive continuous improvement in Soluzione’s social presence.
Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Experience in Content Strategy and Writing to plan and produce targeted, on-brand social content.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and interpersonal communication for internal collaboration and external engagement.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting to track performance, interpret data, and refine campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience managing social media for B2B technology or SaaS companies is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
