About the Role
Swift Hire LLC is looking for a creative and driven Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to produce engaging content, manage social media platforms, and enhance brand visibility through innovative storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, shoot, and edit high-quality videos, reels, photos, and social media content.
* Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media channels.
* Develop content calendars and execute posting strategies.
* Generate creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
* Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithms.
* Monitor content performance and optimize engagement.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in content creation, videography, editing, and social media management.
* Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media best practices.
* Excellent creative thinking, communication, and storytelling skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Film Production, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred
* Strong portfolio of content creation and editing work.
* Experience managing brand or business social media accounts.
* Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
