5+ years robotic welding automation experience, Lean manufacturing, APQP/PPAP/DFM/DFSS experience, FMEA and structured problem-solving (Six Sigma/Shainin/8D/A3), familiarity with OEE/MTBF/MTTR and PM/PdM/CBM, Fronius and ABB experience, SolidWorks/AutoCAD desired, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
