Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of retail design and interior projects at client locations. The role includes supervising site activities, coordinating with design, production, and vendor teams, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines. The Site Supervisor monitors project timelines, manages resources and materials on site, and reports progress, risks, and issues to project managers and other stakeholders. This role also involves conducting site inspections, resolving operational challenges, maintaining documentation, and supporting handover of completed sites to clients. The Site Supervisor is expected to maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery and a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in site supervision for retail, interiors, construction, or fit-out projects, with strong knowledge of on-site project execution and coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings, with practical understanding of materials, fixtures, and installation processes.
- Skills in vendor and contractor coordination, resource planning, and basic project scheduling to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Awareness of safety practices, site compliance requirements, and quality control procedures, with a focus on clean and orderly work environments.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, internal teams, and external partners, including clear reporting and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project documentation software); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in site management.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required within the region and work
