Role Description The Event Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing in-person and hybrid events that support TAB’s advisory, coaching, and franchise activities, including workshops, training sessions, board meetings, and promotional events. The specialist will coordinate event logistics, such as venue arrangements, vendor management, schedules, budgets, and on-site setup, while ensuring events run smoothly and align with TAB’s brand and objectives. Daily tasks include working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, managing communication with attendees, preparing event materials, and tracking event performance and feedback for continuous improvement. The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives related to events, maintaining event calendars, and ensuring a high-quality experience for participants.
Qualifications
- Strong event planning and event management skills, including experience coordinating logistics, vendors, and on-site execution.
- Excellent communication abilities, with proficiency in stakeholder coordination, attendee communication, and professional presentation.
- Experience in training and workshop support, including organizing learning sessions and assisting facilitators or speakers.
- Basic to intermediate marketing skills, especially in promoting events, managing registrations, and supporting outreach campaigns.
- Relevant experience in event coordination, corporate events, or business advisory environments is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple events simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with using common office and event management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, registration platforms).
