Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior projects at various sites. This role includes supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and design teams, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The Site Supervisor will monitor material usage, verify measurements, maintain daily site reports, and uphold safety and compliance requirements. The role also involves resolving on-site issues, communicating progress and risks to project managers, and supporting smooth handover of completed spaces to clients.
Qualifications
- Project supervision and site management skills, including overseeing daily work, managing schedules, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Technical understanding of interior fit-outs, civil works, and basic structural concepts, with the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Quality control and safety management capabilities, including checking workmanship, materials, and enforcing site safety practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and labor teams.
- Proficiency in basic documentation and reporting, such as maintaining site logs, progress reports, and measurement records.
- Relevant experience in interior or construction site supervision; prior work in residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to travel between sites within the Greater Hyderabad Area and work extended hours when project timelines require.
