Role Description This full-time Construction Foreman role at Hubris Infra Pvt. Ltd. is an on-site position based in Noida. The Construction Foreman will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate crews, and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, managing materials and equipment, monitoring progress against schedules, and addressing site-related issues in real time. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as maintaining clear documentation and reporting. The Construction Foreman will also support adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations while fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Civil Engineering knowledge and practical experience in building and infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Carpentry and general construction techniques relevant to structural and finishing work.
- Candidates should possess experience with Heavy Equipment operations and site logistics management.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating teams, interacting with stakeholders, and maintaining clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering or construction management are preferred.
- Proven experience leading construction teams on residential, commercial, or industrial sites is highly beneficial.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, local building codes, and scheduling software or basic project management tools is an advantage.
