Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Construction Supervisor role based in Noida. The Mechanical Construction Supervisor oversees daily site activities for mechanical construction works, ensuring adherence to project plans, technical specifications, and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising mechanical installation and commissioning tasks, coordinating with contractors and project engineers, and monitoring progress against schedule and budget. The role involves conducting inspections, enforcing construction safety practices, resolving site issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders on work status and resource needs. The supervisor also prepares daily reports, supports documentation for compliance, and contributes to continuous improvement in construction methods and site management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience for mechanical construction projects.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordination with site teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Inspection activities, including mechanical installation quality checks and compliance with technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Construction Safety practices, standards, and regulations, with the ability to enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, with experience in EPC, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and technical documents, with familiarity in Green Hydrogen or renewable energy projects considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic project reporting tools, MS Office, and site documentation, with a focus on accuracy and timely updates.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
