Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at residential and commercial interior project sites. This role includes coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal design teams to ensure work is executed according to drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines. The Site Supervisor monitors project progress, manages site schedules, checks material deliveries, and conducts regular inspections to identify and resolve issues. The role also involves maintaining site documentation, reporting status updates, and supporting clients with clear communication about timelines, changes, and handover requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong site supervision skills, including daily work coordination, quality checks, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess project management skills, such as scheduling, progress tracking, and managing multiple stakeholders at the site.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic technical understanding of interior fit-outs, materials, finishes, and the ability to interpret drawings and BOQs.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making skills to address on-site challenges and ensure timely completion of work.
- Relevant experience in interior or construction site supervision is preferred, with familiarity in residential projects being an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Bengaluru North, with flexibility to handle extended hours when project timelines require.
