Site Incharge – Modular Office Furniture & Modular Kitchen Installation (3+ Years Experience Required)
📍 Sector 37, Gurugram | Full-Time | On-Site | 6 Days Working
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Important
Only candidates with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience supervising the installation of modular office furniture and/or modular kitchens should apply.
Candidates from civil construction, MEP, electrical, HVAC, general interiors, or unrelated industries will not be considered.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Site Incharge who can independently manage on-site installation activities and ensure smooth project execution from material delivery to final handover.
Role Description
The Site Incharge will be responsible for supervising the installation of modular office furniture at client locations. Candidates with prior experience in modular kitchen installations are also encouraged to apply, as the required installation and site coordination skills are highly transferable.
The role involves managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with internal teams, supervising installation staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within committed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise complete installation of modular office furniture/modular kitchens at client sites.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and design teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Manage installation teams, contractors, and subcontractors on-site.
- Verify materials received at site against dispatch documents before installation.
- Ensure installation is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, layout plans, and furniture installation drawings.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Resolve site-related technical and installation issues promptly.
- Coordinate with clients and provide regular project updates.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site documentation, and installation records.
- Ensure proper safety practices, housekeeping, and material handling at project sites.
- Conduct final quality inspections before project handover.
- Travel across Gurugram and nearby NCR locations as required.
Mandatory Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Incharge, Site Supervisor, or Installation Supervisor in modular office furniture or modular kitchen projects.
- Experience working with a furniture manufacturer, modular kitchen company, office furniture company, or interior fit-out company.
- Strong knowledge of furniture installation methods, hardware, fittings, and site execution.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings, furniture layouts, and technical drawings.
- Experience managing installation teams and subcontractors.
- Strong client coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple installation projects.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Gurugram and NCR.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Furniture Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience in commercial office furniture projects will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting and documentation.
