Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess basic technical knowledge of interior works, be capable of coordinating with vendors and labor teams, and maintain accurate site documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise daily site operations.
* Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
* Possess basic knowledge of interior fit-out works, including ceiling heights, measurements, and finishing activities.
* Prepare and maintain BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and other project-related documentation.
* Track material requirements and coordinate timely deliveries.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, supervisors, and labor teams for smooth project execution.
* Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation in Excel.
* Ensure quality standards and project timelines are met.
* Assist in resolving on-site issues by coordinating with the project team.
* Support the Project Manager in overall site execution and reporting.
Requirements
* 3–4 years of experience in site coordination, interior fit-out, or construction projects.
* Basic technical understanding of interior execution and site measurements.
* Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material estimation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

Working Schedule
* 4 weekly offs per month, scheduled as per business and site requirements. Weekly offs are rotational and may not necessarily fall on Sundays.
