We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Operations Manager to help us execute large B2B crochet orders end-to-end.
You’ll own the entire operations from customer approvals to delivery.
💵 Compensation: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month + performance incentives
depending on experience and ability to independently manage production operations.
📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat (City Light)
🏢 Work mode: On-site, 6 days/week
💼 Role: Full-time
What you’ll do:
- Hire & coordinate a network of crocheters
- Allocate work and track production
- Coordinate with customers on designs, samples & approvals
- Manage yarn/thread procurement & inventory
- Conduct quality checks
- Coordinate collections, packaging & dispatch
- Track deadlines and ensure on-time delivery
- Solve production issues independently
What we’re looking for:
- Strong business sense & ownership mindset
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Great communication skills
- Gujarati + Hindi + English: must be comfortable speaking all 3
- Prior experience in operations, production, manufacturing, handicrafts, fashion or similar is a plus
- Crochet/handicraft knowledge is a bonus, not mandatory
