🚨 URGENT HIRING | OPERATIONS MANAGER – GARMENT MANUFACTURING
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Operations Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for our factory’s day-to-day operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage and coordinate Production, Manpower, Warehouse, Inventory, Dispatch, Purchase, Accounts Coordination, Maintenance, Housekeeping & overall factory discipline.
🔹 Identify bottlenecks, shortages & operational gaps
🔹 Coordinate multiple departments & ensure smooth workflow
🔹 Plan manpower and daily priorities
🔹 Ensure timely production, dispatch & material availability
🔹 Monitor expenses, stock & operational controls
🔹 Solve day-to-day problems proactively
🔹 Maintain discipline, efficiency & accountability
🔹 Report key issues and daily performance to management
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR✅ Graduate preferred with Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management
✅ Strong people & team management skills
✅ Excellent follow-up, coordination & problem-solving ability
✅ Comfortable handling multiple departments simultaneously
✅ Good understanding of inventory, warehouse, dispatch & basic accounts coordination
✅ Hands-on & proactive — should not wait for instructions for every small task
✅ Strong end-to-end responsibility — handles things from start to finish
✅ Good communication, discipline & decision-making skills
✅ MS Excel / basic computer knowledge mandatory
✅ Garment manufacturing experience is preferred, but strong operations candidates from other manufacturing industries can also apply.
IMPORTANTWe are NOT looking for a person who only supervises. We need someone who can identify what is going wrong, take responsibility and get it fixed.
