NowVia is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Senior ITOM Developer to join our team and contribute to delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
If you have strong experience in ๐๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐๐๐จ๐ฐ ๐๐ ๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ (๐๐๐๐) and are passionate about improving operational visibility and automation, we would love to hear from you.

๐ผ Experience: 4+ Years
๐น๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ & ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐
-> ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB
-> MID Server configuration, patterns, probes, and sensors
-> Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
-> Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
-> Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and governance
๐น๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
-> Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions
-> Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
-> Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and other ServiceNow-supported protocols
-> Maintain CMDB health, data quality, and governance standards
-> Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to improve operational efficiency
-> Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure optimal performance
๐ฏ ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS-ITOM) will be an added advantage.
