🚀 Hiring — ITAM ServiceNow Developer 📍 Hybrid — Bangalore, India | 💼 4+ years experience
We're hiring for one of our ServiceNow partner clients — an established organization running enterprise-scale ITAM programme.
They're looking for an ITAM-focused developer who knows the asset lifecycle inside out.
What you'll do 🔹 Build and configure ServiceNow ITAM — SAM Pro and HAM Pro 🔹 Manage software entitlements, license reconciliation, and compliance reporting 🔹 Configure discovery models, normalization, and publisher/product mappings 🔹 Own hardware asset lifecycle — procurement through disposal 🔹 Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, and Procurement processes 🔹 Develop with Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and IntegrationHub
What you bring ✅ 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development, with real ITAM/SAM Pro/HAM Pro depth ✅ Strong JavaScript and Glide API scripting ✅ Working knowledge of CMDB, CI relationships, and Discovery ✅ Understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, VMware) ✅ ServiceNow CSA required — CAD and CIS-SAM/CIS-HAM strongly preferred
